Added support for Verimatrix ViewRight PC Player used for TeleQ service by Qwerty (Russian IPTV provider).
Updated ProgDVB module (tested on 4.9x versions with OSH Mixer). ProgDVB version 5.x and 6.x are not fully supported.

Fixed bug in SetWinText plugin for Girder 3.
Added a new SetWinText plugin for Girder 4 and 5.
Should properly install and work on Vista (no EVR support yet).
Source code moved to CodePlex.

This is first 64-bit versions of ProgDVB. You have Win64 OS (for example Vista64) then can use 64-bit ProgDVB as native application. For less CPU using, huge timeshift memory buffer and some other reasons. But current version have some limits. For example have only BDA and network modules (client and server). Of course not support win32 codecs and modules/plugins.
