instruction:

Install elecard mpeg encoder and elecard decode streaming pack.

After go to registration use key gen for encoder-and decoder streaming pack.

Generate key and put in registration.

After go to dvb application filter and click 2 shots in registrer.bat(see pic).

After open progdvb go to setting audio e video directshow and select elecard for tv-channels-radio and other.
